Senior Associate Benedict A. Gyarmati completed his BA in International Studies from the University of Michigan in 2014, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2018.
Benedict's practice is primarily focused on civil litigation in the Michigan No-Fault field. Benedict works closely with medical providers throughout Metro Detroit dealing with a range of issues, and manages all phases of litigation from pre-suit through resolution. He has a keen attention to detail, is aggressive when needed, and strives to ensure his clients are informed of the strengths and weaknesses of claims throughout the course of litigation.
Benedict has profound experience with the in-flux nature of the Michigan No-Fault Act, and he provides a tailored approach for each No-Fault claim. Thanks to his work ethic and litigation strategy, he has garnered a reputation as an effective advocate, having successfully resolved over $5 million in medical bills for physician groups, diagnostic imaging centers, physical therapists, chiropractors and pain clinics in his three years of practice with The Law Offices of Berry and Berry, PLLC.
When he is not working, Benedict is hunting, home-brewing beer, or spending time with his wife and dog.
